C | 　　修订草案二审稿中增加列举银行业金融机构及其从业人员不得实施侵害消费者合法权益的行为，包括不得通过挪用资金等方式侵害存款人和其他客户合法权益，不得强制捆绑、强制搭售产品或者服务，不得违反适当性管理规定向存款人和其他客户提供不符合其风险承受能力的产品，不得采取不正当手段催收等。　　修订草案二审稿还增加规定：银行业金融机构从业人员违反本法规定，造成存款人和其他客户损害的，银行业金融机构应当依法承担民事责任。
