Also Read: Farah Khan Praises Aryan Khan, Reveals Shah Rukh Khan Is Training Suhana Khan in Action for King。这一举措在大陆尚属首次。 昆山是大陆台商投资最活跃、台资企业最密集、两岸经贸文化交流最频繁的地区之一。大批台胞在此创业就业、扎根发展，由此带来日益多元的住房消费需求，对公积金服务精准化、便利化提出更高要求。 苏州市住房公积金管理中心昆山分中心相关负责人介绍，此前台胞提取住房公积金只能先划转至大陆银行账户，再由个人自行办理两岸跨境汇款。整个流程不仅要承担跨境转账和境内汇款费用，还要经历账户收款、线上购汇等多个环节，资金周转周期长，证件核验、汇款填报手续繁琐。 为此，公积金中心联合建设银行，依托银行跨境结算平台，创新推出“政银联动”跨境直付新模式。通过重塑办理路径、增设境外卡结算渠道，台胞无需提前关联大陆银行卡，即可将提取资金直接划转至本人台湾地区银行账户。 “喝了头啖汤”的台胞何先生表示，新政策省去自行购汇、自主办理跨境汇款等后续环节，同时享受专属优惠费率，减免跨境转账境内汇款费用等项目，有效降低汇兑成本、压缩办事环节、加快资金到账速度，省事又方便。 近年来，昆山公积金持续聚焦台商台胞急难愁盼。此前已落地远程帮办、异地查档、台胞公积金贷款带押过户等多项惠台举措。
